The Great Commission
Jesus said, "Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone, everywhere. Anyone who believes and is baptised will be saved. But anyone who refuses to believe will be condemned." (Mark 16:15-16, NLT). The very heart of God is in reaching those who have never heard the Gospel. It is out heart to not only send, but to pray for those who have embraced this missionary calling. We believe that just as Jesus explained in John 4:34, our "nourishment comes from doing the will of God...and from finishing his work." (NLT)
At times, we may have different missionaries share a glimpse of what God is doing in their area of the globe and receive special missions offerings. In the fall of every year we conduct our annual missions emphasis where we encourage ongoing missions support. Please make time in your schedule to pray for and honor our missionaries around the world.
